Social media is an ethical dilemma for me. I am deeply concerned about the negative impact of social media, particularly for youth as indicated by the U.S. Surgeon General’s Advisory. However, to reach a wider audience and get information to people who may desperately need it, I am choosing to share my message on a few social media platforms. I strive to keep my content educational, empowering, and objective.
